D Acres’ Monthly Bulk Buying Club Guidelines
Welcome to the re-launch of DAcres’ Bulk Buying Club! If you’re interested in getting high-quality bulk goods delivered locally, at an unbeatable price, this program is for you! Our supplier is Associated Buyers, a company out of Barrington, NH that specializes in regional, organic bulk foods, as well as offering grocery items by case, frozen/refrigerated products, and household products.
DAcres is to receive 10% in addition to the Associated Buyers prices (which may vary based on agricultural and/or market fluctuations).
Members must provide DAcres with accurate billing and payment information before placing their first order, in the event of abandoned orders (see below). Payment will be made upon pickup of orders, in any form (i.e. cash, check, card).
Send your order information to [email protected]. Please be sure to include in your order Item#, Brand, Description, PCK/SZ, STD$, EXT as listed in the catalog, with case quantities and prices as needed. Orders are to be received no later than the second to last Thursday of the month; pick-up day will be the first Tuesday of the following month (at DAcres!), unless otherwise specified via email.
Any orders not picked up within 5 business days of delivery will be considered abandoned and will be donated, as well as charged to the member’s card on file, unless otherwise arranged beforehand.
